We are a custom bakery, all our products are hand made from scratch, we use the finest chocolate, butter and fresh fruit. We are not a commercial bakery; and cannot compete with the local pre-made commercial and grocery store bakeries. We pride ourselves on having a beautiful product that is absolutely delicious. We use the latest decorating techniques in the industry including whipped european frostings, fondant, marzipan, chocolate transfers, edible images, white chocolate, modeling chocolate, rolled buttercreme, pulled sugar art work and gum paste decor and flowers.
Bell Cibo also bakes fresh gourment specialty items, including homemade fresh biscotti, fresh gourmet cookies, homemade fudge brownies, pastries, cheesecakes, pies, fruit tarts and more!!!
Bella Cibo started in 2002, with two culinary trained gals in Richmond, TX. The shop soon moved to the northwest part of Houston, TX . One partner continuing to provide Houston and the surrounding areas with some tof the best tasting scratch cakes and and confections available in the area. We will continue to develop the best skills and techniques needed to provide our customers with the products and attention they deserve.
